Protectorate in crisis

It was about this date in 1483 that the crisis in Richard's protectorate arose. Markham thought the precontract had been revealed on June 8th, while Hancock makes it as late as the 13th. Carson suggests it was known somewhat earlier. In any case, men had been summoned to be made knights in association with the planned coronation on June 22nd, to present themselves 4 days before, and summons had been issued for a parliament on June 25th. I have wondered if London wasn't starting to resemble gangland with magnates arriving with their retinues, at least some of whom would have been armed.

Does anyone know if the question of who was present & with how many men has been asked &/or answered?
