newbie and Festschrift

Hello,
I have just rejoined the Society in England and so am more official.

I received my March Bulletin but have not had a copy of the
Festschrift yet. Does anyone know whether it has been issued to
members yet? I am tempted to email the Membership Department but
don't want to bother them if the answer is obvious.

I had mine about a month ago, I think.
