Katherine Plantagenet

Just scrolling through old posts and thought I would add something.
Horrox's book - of which I am a fan - is probably using dramatic
license. I think it is interesting to note that the 2 RIII bastards
given any credibility, are named John and Katherine. These are first
names that could be associated with the Howard family & John Howard,
later Duke of Norfolk and staunch supporter of RIII in particular.
Might not the mother - or mothers - have been related to the Howard
family? Just a hunch, and impossible to prove, but worth a nod. Any
thoughts?

I think this is just a coincidence, as the 15th century was awash
with Johns and Katharines.
